More girls nowadays are on
diet. With the influence of fashion magazines, popular models and movie stars,
a lot of girls are pushed to go on a diet thinking that if they are thin enough
they will be as beautiful, as attractive, and as sexy as those they idolize.
It is also surprising to
know that a lot of young girls today are overweight than ever before. This
could be caused by different factors like pressure from society, friends and
family, stress, depression, etc.

dislike their body and feel bad about it most of the time. This takes the fun

Eat Only When You’re Hungry
Try
to resist the temptation of eating even if you are not hungry especially if
you’re feeling sad and depressed or if you find that you have nothing else to
do when you’re at home. Occasions like birthdays, holidays or just hanging out
with friends could also be a tempting time to eat more than the usual. Eating
even if you’re not hungry could become a habit, and this may lead to over
eating and excessive weight gain.
