Problem: Unnatural Foot Position
High heels like the trendy ultra-high heels forces your
feet in a position that puts stress on the ball of your foot. Too much pressure
or chronic stress can inflame the bone and the nerves that surround it. It can
even lead to having hairline fractures.
Solution: Go Low
Lower heels will avoid giving you these problems. Lower
