An abnormal increased perspiration in excess of what is
normal is called excessive sweating. It is commonly an inherited condition, but
there are also other factors that may lead to too much sweating.

Spicy foods such as hot peppers and
curries can cause sweating. It’s the same with caffeinated drinks such as colas
and coffee. Alcohol too is a culprit to excessive sweating. Use milder herbs to

journal to help you identify which drinks or foods is making you sweat more.
