A person on a diet knows which foods will help him lose weight and which foods lead to weight gain, but unfortunately the reality of healthy eating is not as easy as that. In fact, some 'healthy' foods which most of us presume to have a slimming effect can cause us to actually gain weight, if eaten too often or without taking any exercise.
