Ever heard of a steamed cake
especially a chocolate cake? May be not, but I assure you that this is going to
be a delightful treat, and it’s just as delicious as a baked chocolate cake.
I want chocolate cakes that
are moist and with a hint of orange. In this recipe I added orange zest and
juice on both the batter and ganache, but if you’re not a fan of the orange and
chocolate combo, then simply omit the orange zest and juice.
